These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.

Payment

To book a teetime online please enter your credit/debit card details using our secure online payment process. Payments are taken at time of booking.

When you turn up for your round of golf, please report to the ProShop before beginning your round – Carts (Buggies) must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed by email only – cancellations will not be accepted by telephone until email confirmation is received by Rosslare Golf Club at office@rosslaregolf.com.

Cancellation Refund Policy

More than 14 days before the booked game = 90% refund
More than 7 days before the booked game = 75% refund
More than 3 days before the booked game = 50% refund
Less than 3 days before the booked game = No refund

Booking Transferable

This Booking is completely transferable.
Should you be unable to make your teetime, you may offer the teetime to someone else such as family member or friend, providing they comply with the booking restrictions.
You may also move your booking to another date within the year, except for teetimes during Mens/Ladies Open Weeks in late July/early August.

Course Closures

If the course is closed due to bad weather, the green fee will be refunded in full.

Handicaps

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (Men) or 36 or less (Ladies).
If you don’t have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Rosslare Golf Club do not allow iGolfers to play in competition. iGolfers are welcome to play the course once full green fee is paid.

Dress Code

GUI/ILGU Dress Codes apply.
Smart/Casual on the course and in the Clubhouse.
